project overview

Fogo & Grelha needed an identity capable of translating the emotional power of Brazilian barbecue into a delivery-first business model. Since the brand does not depend on a physical dining space, the visual system had to carry the entire experience through packaging, digital communication, uniforms, and food presentation. The challenge was to avoid a generic steakhouse look and build something more direct, popular, and memorable — with enough personality to make the brand feel real before the first bite.
